10. Cheska Agas
Cheska Agas was a 17-year-old Filipino student who drowned while trying to take a group selfie. Cheska went with several of her friends to the beach in Bangui, Central African Republic, to celebrate a classmate's birthday. Soon the group wanted to take a photo as a souvenir.
Friends decided to pose in front of famous people windmills Bangui near the coastline. It is assumed that the group was distracted by looking at the phone screen, so none of them paid attention to the large wave approaching. When the wave hit the shore, everyone ended up in the water.
