In accordance with paragraph 24 of the Procedure for the formation of a federal list of textbooks recommended for use in the implementation of state-accredited educational programs of primary general, basic general, secondary general education, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science Russian Federation dated September 5, 2013 N 1047 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia on October 18, 2013, reg. N 30213), I order:
2. To recommend that the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation exercising public administration in the field of education bring the federal list specified in paragraph 1 of this order to the attention of organizations carrying out educational activities in educational programs of primary general, basic general, and secondary general education that have state accreditation.
3. Organizations carrying out educational activities in basic general education programs have the right to use in educational activities textbooks purchased before the entry into force of this order from:
federal list of textbooks recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for use in educational process in general educational institutions for the 2013/14 academic year;
federal list of textbooks approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for use in the educational process in educational institutions for the 2013/14 academic year;
federal list of textbooks recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for use in the educational process in special (correctional) educational institutions for the 2013/14 academic year;
federal list of textbooks approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for use in the educational process in special (correctional) educational institutions, for the 2013/14 academic year, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated December 19, 2012 N 1067 (registered by the Ministry of Justice Russia on January 30, 2013, registration N 26755), as amended by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated July 10, 2013 N 544 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 30, 2013, registration number N 29846).
4. Entrust control over the implementation of this order to First Deputy Minister N.V. Tretyak.
We publish Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated January 26, 2016 No. 38 “On amendments to the federal list of textbooks recommended for use in the implementation of state-accredited educational programs of primary general, basic general, secondary general education, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated March 31 2014 No. 253 "*.
In subsection 3.1 “Primary general education” of section 3 “Textbooks that take into account the regional and ethnocultural characteristics of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the implementation of the rights of citizens to receive education in native language from among the languages of the peoples of the Russian Federation, the study of the native language from among the languages of the peoples of the Russian Federation and literature of the peoples of Russia in their native language" includes the following textbooks:
- Soltakhanov E.Kh., Soltakhanov I.E. Abat (Primer) (1st grade);
- Soltakhanov E.Kh., Soltakhanov I.E., Edilov S.E. Nokhchiin mott (Chechen language) (grades 2-4).
The following textbooks have been excluded from the list:
