Assistantship-internship - form of postgraduate training in creative and performing specialties in the field of culture and art.

Persons undergoing training in the form of assistantship-internship and preparing final work in creative and performing specialties are assistant-trainees. Trainee assistants, on the basis of an order from the head of an educational institution, are assigned to the corresponding creative and performing department of the educational institution.

Only those persons who have a higher professional education can undertake assistant internships. The training lasts two years and is carried out only full-time.

Training of assistant trainees is carried out according to the basic professional educational programs postgraduate vocational education in creative and performing specialties.

The main objective of training in the form of assistantship-internship - improvement of creative, performing and pedagogical skills of persons with higher professional education, confirmed by a specialist’s diploma or a master’s diploma.

Admission of trainee assistants is carried out annually within the time frame established by educational institution, but not earlier than June of this year. Requirements for entrance examinations and date of announcement of results entrance examinations The university must independently establish and post this data on the information stand and the official website of the educational institution no later than two months before the start of the entrance examinations.

An assistant-trainee is trained according to an individual curriculum, which is developed by the assistant-trainee's supervisor based on the main educational program of postgraduate professional education in the creative and performing specialty and federal state requirements for its structure. The individual curriculum drawn up by the supervisor of the trainee assistant is discussed at a meeting of the relevant department and approved by the Academic Council of the educational institution.

The assistant-trainee's implementation of the approved individual curriculum is under the control of the supervisor and the head of the department.

Those trainee assistants who fully implement the individual curriculum are admitted to the state final certification. Admission is made on the basis of an order from the head of the educational institution upon the recommendation of the relevant department.

State final certification is carried out in the form of presenting a final work in a creative and performing specialty. It could be open public speaking, showing or watching a recital, performance, exhibition or film.

Those persons who have successfully passed the state final certification receive a diploma with a qualification.

Foreign citizens entering assistant internships pass the following entrance tests in accordance with federal state educational standards of higher education (specialist or master's level):

  • entrance test corresponding to the profile of the assistantship-internship program in creative and performing specialty (hereinafter referred to as the profile entrance test);
  • entrance test in a foreign language (English language).

The profile entrance test precedes the entrance test in a foreign language and is carried out in two stages: execution (presentation) of a creative program (project) and an interview (colloquium).

Rules for filing and considering appeals for applicants to study at MGIM. A.G. Schnittke on assistantship programs - internships in 2018

1. Based on the results of the examination committee’s decision to pass the entrance test, the applicant (trusted representative) has the right to file an appeal with the appeal commission about a violation, in the applicant’s opinion, of the established procedure for conducting the entrance test.

2. Consideration of the appeal is not a retake of the entrance test. During the consideration of the appeal, only compliance with the established procedure for conducting the admissions test and the correctness of the assessment of the results of the admissions test are checked.

3. The appeal is submitted by the applicant or a proxy to the chairman of the Admissions Committee (rector) on the day the results of the entrance test are announced or during the next working day. An appeal about a violation of the established procedure for conducting an admissions test can also be filed on the day of the admissions test. The appeal is considered no later than the next working day for filing the appeal.

4. Chairman admissions committee An appeal commission is formed to consider appeals. Members of the examination commission whose decision is being challenged are not included in the appeal commission.

5. Members of the examination committee and the applicant have the right to be present during the consideration of the appeal. The applicant must have with him a document proving his identity.

6. After considering the appeal, the appeal commission makes a decision on the presence or absence of a violation of the admissions test procedure and decides to change the assessment of the entrance test results or leave the specified assessment unchanged. If disagreements arise, a vote is held in the appeal commission, and the decision is made by a majority vote.

7. The decision of the appeal commission, documented in the protocol, is brought to the attention of the applicant (authorized person). The fact that the applicant (authorized person) has become familiar with the decision of the appeal commission is certified by the signature of the applicant (authorized person).

Consultations are organized for applicants to study at A.G. Schnittke MGIM under assistantship-internship programs.

Consultations on the specialty are carried out according to the individual schedule of consultations of teachers.

Applicants will be given one free rehearsal with an accompanist from July 18 to July 23 (according to the schedule).

The Institute establishes the following deadlines for admission to places within the admission target numbers and to places under contracts for the provision of paid services:

  • August 2 - posting lists of applicants for assistantship-internship programs on the official website and on the information stand;
  • August 4— acceptance of the original document on education and applications for consent to enroll applicants for training in assistantship-internship programs is completed;
  • August 7- an order for enrollment is issued.
  • The order(s) for enrollment in places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services who have submitted an application for consent to enrollment is issued after signing the contract and paying the first installment (10%), but no later than August 22.

3. Obtaining higher education under assistantship-internship programs includes the preparation of qualifying work in the relevant creative and performing specialty *(2) .

4. Assistantship-internship programs are independently developed and approved by the educational organization *(3). Assistantship-internship programs that have state accreditation are developed by educational organizations in accordance with and taking into account the corresponding exemplary basic educational programs, the development of which is ensured by the federal executive body, which carries out the functions of developing state policy and legal regulation in the field of culture, and by an educational organization that has in accordance with the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 N 273-FZ “On Education in Russian Federation"(hereinafter referred to as the Federal Law) the right to independently develop and approve educational standards, also in accordance with educational standards independently approved by such an organization (hereinafter referred to as independently approved educational standards).

5. Persons with a higher education in the field of arts (specialty or master's degree) are allowed to participate in assistantship-internship programs.

6. Assistantship-internship programs are implemented in specialties of higher education - training of highly qualified personnel under assistantship-internship programs (hereinafter referred to as specialties).

7. The assistantship-internship program may have a form that characterizes its orientation towards specific areas of knowledge and (or) types of activity and determines its subject-thematic content, the predominant types educational activities students and requirements for the results of its development.

The educational organization establishes the type of assistantship-internship program, specifying the orientation of the specified program on areas of knowledge and (or) types of activities within the specialty.

The name of the assistantship-internship program indicates the name of the specialty and the type of the specified program.

8. When carrying out educational activities under the assistantship-internship program, the educational organization provides:

conducting training sessions in disciplines in the form of lectures, group, individual classes, consultations, seminars, scientific and practical classes, laboratory work, colloquiums, independent work, in other forms established by the educational organization;

conducting practices;

Carrying out quality control of the development of the assistantship-internship program through ongoing monitoring of academic performance, mandatory intermediate certification of students and final (state final) certification of students, as well as other forms established by the educational organization.

9. The assistantship-internship program, developed in accordance with (an educational standard approved independently), consists of a mandatory part and a part formed by participants in educational relations (hereinafter referred to as the basic part and the variable part, respectively).

The basic part of the assistantship-internship program must indicate learning outcomes developed in accordance with the federal state educational standard (self-approved educational standard).

The basic part of the assistantship-internship program is mandatory, regardless of the type of assistantship-internship program, ensures the formation of competencies in students established by the federal state educational standard (educational standard approved independently), and includes disciplines established by the federal state educational standard (educational standard independently approved) and final (state final) certification.

When studying under the assistantship-internship program, the educational organization provides foreign citizens and stateless persons with the opportunity to study Russian as a foreign language within the framework of the discipline (module) “Foreign Language”.

The variable part of the assistantship-internship program is aimed at expanding and (or) deepening the competencies determined by the federal state educational standard (educational standard approved independently), as well as developing in students the competencies established by the educational organization in addition to the competencies determined by the federal state educational standard ( educational standard, independently approved) (if the educational organization establishes the specified competencies), and includes disciplines and practices established by the educational organization.

The disciplines included in the basic part of the assistantship-internship program, as well as the disciplines and practices included in the variable part of the assistantship-internship program in accordance with the type of the specified program, are mandatory for students to master.

10. When implementing an assistantship-internship program, an educational organization provides students with the opportunity to master optional (optional for study when mastering the assistantship-internship program) and elective (mandatory) disciplines in the manner established by the local regulatory act of the educational organization. The elective disciplines chosen by the student are mandatory for mastering.

When ensuring inclusive education for people with disabilities and people with limited health capabilities, the educational organization includes specialized adaptation disciplines in the assistantship-internship program.

When implementing an assistantship-internship program developed in accordance with the federal state educational standard (educational standard approved independently), elective and elective disciplines, as well as specialized adaptive disciplines, are included in the variable part of the specified program in an amount not exceeding the standard period for mastering this program, and the overall labor intensity of mastering basic educational programs.

11. The learning outcomes of the assistantship-internship program must correspond to the goals stated in the assistantship-internship program, and are formulated in the form of a measurable level of mastery of the competencies necessary to perform labor functions within the framework of future professional activities.

12. Learning outcomes must take into account the requirements of professional standards, qualification requirements for professional knowledge and skills necessary to perform job responsibilities, which are established in accordance with federal laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.

13. Educational organizations, when implementing assistantship-internship programs, are obliged to respect the rights of students, their measures social support and incentives provided for by the Federal Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.

II. Organization of development and implementation of assistantship-internship programs

14. The assistantship-internship program is a complex of basic characteristics of education (volume, content, planned results), organizational and pedagogical conditions, forms of certification, which is presented in the form general characteristics assistantship-internship programs, curriculum, academic calendar, work programs of disciplines, practice programs, assessment tools, teaching materials, other components included in the assistantship-internship program by decision of the educational organization.

15. The assistantship-internship program defines:

planned results of mastering the assistantship-internship program - the competencies of students established by the federal state educational standard (educational standard, independently approved), and the competencies of students, established by the educational organization in addition to the competencies established by the federal state educational standard (educational standard, independently approved), taking into account type of assistantship-internship program (if such competencies are established);

planned learning outcomes for each discipline and practice - knowledge, abilities, skills and (or) operational experience that characterize the stages of developing competencies and ensuring the achievement of the planned results of mastering the assistantship-internship program.

16. The assistantship-internship program is a set of documents that is updated taking into account the development of culture, art and the social sphere.

Information about the assistantship-internship program is posted on the official website of the educational organization on the information and telecommunications network "Internet" (hereinafter referred to as the "Internet").

17. Selection of teaching methods and means, educational technologies and educational and methodological support for the implementation of the assistantship-internship program is carried out by the educational organization independently based on the need for students to achieve the planned results of mastering the specified program, as well as taking into account the individual capabilities of students from among the disabled and persons with limited health capabilities.

18. The implementation of the assistantship-internship program is possible using various educational technologies, including distance educational technologies, e-learning, network forms of interaction between various organizations in order to ensure academic, including international, mobility of students. The use of inhumane, as well as teaching methods dangerous to the life or health of students is prohibited.

19. The volume of the assistantship-internship program (its component) is defined as labor intensity study load the student while mastering the specified program (its component part), which includes all types of his educational activities provided for by the curriculum to achieve the planned learning outcomes. The credit unit is used as a unified unit of measurement of the labor intensity of a student’s academic workload when indicating the volume of the assistantship-internship program and its components.

The volume of the assistantship-internship program (its component) is expressed in a whole number of credit units.

A credit unit for assistantship-internship programs developed in accordance with federal state educational standards is equivalent to 36 academic hours (with an academic hour duration of 45 minutes) or 27 astronomical hours.

When implementing assistantship-internship programs developed in accordance with educational standards approved by the educational organization, the educational organization sets the value of the credit unit to be no less than 25 and no more than 30 astronomical hours.

The amount of credit established by the educational organization is uniform within the framework of the assistantship-internship program.

20. The scope of the assistantship-internship program does not depend on the form of education, combination various forms training, the use of e-learning, distance learning technologies, the use of a network form of implementation of the assistantship-internship program, features of the individual curriculum.

21. The volume of the assistantship-internship program implemented in one academic year, not including the volume of elective disciplines (modules) (hereinafter referred to as the annual volume of the program), is 66 credit units, except for the cases established by paragraph 23 of the Procedure.

22. Obtaining higher education under the assistantship-internship program is carried out within the time limits established by the federal state educational standard (educational standard approved independently), regardless of the educational technologies used by the educational organization.

23. When combining various forms of training, when implementing an assistantship-internship program using distance learning technologies, when using a network form of implementing an assistantship-internship program and when training people with disabilities and people with disabilities, the annual volume of the program is established by the organization in the amount of no more than 75 credits units.

24. The period for obtaining higher education under the assistantship-internship program does not include the time the student is on academic leave, maternity leave, or parental leave until the age of three years.

25. The development and implementation of assistantship internship programs are carried out in compliance with the requirements stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation on information, information technology and information protection.

III. Organization educational process under assistantship-internship programs

26. In educational organizations, educational activities under assistantship-internship programs are carried out in the state language of the Russian Federation, taking into account the provisions of Article 14 of the Federal Law.

In state and municipal educational organizations located on the territory of the republic of the Russian Federation, teaching and learning of the state languages ​​of the republics of the Russian Federation may be introduced in accordance with the legislation of the republics of the Russian Federation. Teaching and studying the state languages ​​of the republics of the Russian Federation within the framework of state-accredited assistantship-internship programs are carried out in accordance with federal state educational standards (educational standards approved independently). Teaching and learning of the state languages ​​of the republics of the Russian Federation should not be carried out to the detriment of teaching and learning state language Russian Federation*(4) .

The language and languages ​​of education are determined by local regulations of the educational organization in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation *(5).

27. The educational process under the assistantship-internship program is divided into academic years (courses).

The academic year begins on September 1. An educational organization may postpone the start of the school year by no more than 2 months.

The start and end dates for the training of assistant trainees are established by the educational organization upon enrollment in training in accordance with the federal state educational standard (educational standard approved independently).

28. Students enrolled in assistantship-internship programs enjoy an annual vacation of at least 8 weeks. The period for obtaining higher education under the assistantship-internship program includes vacations provided at the request of the student after passing the final (state final) certification, lasting no more than 2 months.

29. The conditions for the implementation of assistantship-internship programs, including personnel, financial, material, technical and other conditions are established by the relevant federal state educational standards (educational standards approved independently).

30. List, labor intensity and distribution by training periods training courses, subjects, disciplines, practices, preparation of qualifying work in the relevant creative and performing specialty, other types of educational activities, forms of intermediate certification of students and final (state final) certification of students are determined by the curriculum of the assistantship-internship program.

Based on the curriculum, an individual curriculum is formed for each student, which ensures mastery of the assistantship-internship program based on individualization of its content within the framework of the student’s chosen creative and performing specialty and (or) training schedule.

31. No later than two months after enrollment in the assistantship-internship program, the student is assigned a supervisor, and an individual curriculum is approved.

The appointment of a supervisor for a student in an assistantship-internship program is carried out by an administrative act of the head of the educational organization.

By an administrative act of the head of the educational organization, a student under the assistantship-internship program is assigned to the corresponding creative and performing department (structural unit) (hereinafter referred to as the department) of the educational organization.

The development of an individual curriculum based on the assistantship-internship program is carried out by the supervisor of the student in the assistantship-internship program.

The individual curriculum is previously discussed at the department of the educational organization to which the student is assigned under the assistantship-internship program, and is submitted to the collegial governing body of the educational organization for approval.

32. The supervisor of the student in the assistantship-internship program is appointed from among teachers who have an honorary title of the Russian Federation in the relevant professional field and (or) the academic title of professor or who hold the position of professor.

By decision of the head of the educational organization, persons holding an honorary title of the Russian Federation (USSR, republics of former USSR) in the relevant professional field and (or) academic title of associate professor and experience pedagogical work in an educational organization of higher education for at least 10 years.

Persons who are laureates of state awards in the relevant professional field may also be involved in the management of trainee assistants.

33. Monitoring of the student’s implementation of the individual educational plan under the assistantship-internship program is carried out by his supervisor.

34. Students in assistantship-internship programs have the right to take part in shaping the content of their professional education, subject to compliance with federal state educational standards (educational standards approved independently).

35. In the network form of implementation of assistantship-internship programs, the educational organization, in the manner established by it, carries out the credit of learning results in disciplines and practices received by students under the assistantship-internship program in other organizations participating in the implementation of assistantship-internship programs.

36. The transfer of a student under an assistantship-internship program to training with a combination of various forms of training is carried out with his written consent.

37. The use of the online form of implementation of the assistantship-internship program is carried out with the written consent of the student.

38. The organization of the educational process under assistantship-internship programs with a combination of various forms of training, when using the network form of implementation of these programs, is carried out in accordance with the Procedure and local regulations of the educational organization.

39. The period for obtaining higher education under an assistantship-internship program for disabled people and persons with disabilities is increased by the organization compared to the period for obtaining higher education under an assistantship-internship program in the corresponding form of study within the limits established by the federal state educational standard (educational standard approved independently ), based on the written application of the student.

40. The organization of practical training provided for by the assistantship-internship program is carried out by the educational organization on the basis of agreements with organizations implementing professional activity, corresponding to the profile of the educational program. The internship can be carried out directly in an educational organization.

41. Students under the assistantship-internship program are required to:

attend classes, follow an individual curriculum;

comply with the charter of the educational organization and local regulations adopted on the basis of it;

prepare a qualifying work in the relevant creative and performing specialty of assistantship-internship and submit it to the department of the educational organization to receive a conclusion within the period established by the individual curriculum.

42. Quality control of mastery of assistantship-internship programs includes ongoing monitoring of academic performance, intermediate certification of students and final (state final) certification of students, as well as other forms established by the educational organization.

43. Current monitoring of academic performance ensures assessment of the progress of mastering disciplines and completing internships, intermediate certification of students - assessment of intermediate and final learning results in disciplines, completion of internships, preparation of qualifying work in the relevant creative and performing specialty of assistantship-internship.

44. The collegial governing body of the educational organization regularly monitors the implementation of assistantship-internship programs and systematically hears reports from student leaders.

45. The forms, assessment system, procedure for conducting intermediate certification of students, including the procedure for establishing deadlines for passing the relevant tests for students who have not passed the intermediate certification for good reasons or who have academic debt, as well as the frequency of conducting intermediate certification of students are established by local regulations of the educational organization.

46. ​​It is not allowed to charge students for passing intermediate certification.

47. Trainee assistant who has not passed the intermediate certification and does not perform deadlines individual plan for unjustifiable reasons, as well as for other reasons provided for by the charter of the educational organization, he is expelled from this educational organization by an administrative act of the head of the educational organization.

48. An assistant trainee expelled from an educational organization before the end of the training period may be reinstated for the remaining period of training no earlier than after a year by an administrative act of the head of the educational organization. Reimbursement for training at the expense of the corresponding budget of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation is carried out subject to the availability of vacant budget places.

49. Transfer of a trainee assistant to another educational organization carried out upon his application by an administrative act of the head of the educational organization with the consent of the head of the host educational organization and the availability of vacancies.

50. A student who has passed the intermediate certification and has completed the individual curriculum in full is allowed to take part in the state final certification.

51. Persons who successfully pass the final (state final) certification are issued a document on education and qualifications.

52. Persons who have not passed the final (state final) certification or received unsatisfactory results at the final (state final) certification, as well as persons who have completed part of the assistantship-internship program and (or) were expelled from the educational organization, are issued a certificate of training or period training according to a model independently established by the educational organization * (6) .

IV. Features of the organization of the educational process under assistantship-internship programs for disabled people and persons with limited health capabilities

53. The content of higher education under assistantship-internship programs and the conditions for organizing training for students with disabilities are determined adapted program internship assistantships, and for disabled people also in accordance with the individual rehabilitation program for a disabled person *(7).

The training of students with disabilities is carried out on the basis of assistantship-internship programs, adapted, if necessary, for the training of these students *(8).

54. Training under assistantship-internship programs for people with disabilities and students with disabilities is carried out by an educational organization, taking into account the characteristics of the psychophysical development, individual capabilities and health status of such students.

55. Educational organizations of higher education must create special conditions for students with disabilities to receive higher education under assistantship-internship programs *(9).

Special conditions for obtaining higher education under assistantship-internship programs for students with disabilities are understood as the conditions for the education of such students, including the use of special educational programs and methods of training and education, special textbooks, teaching aids and didactic materials, special technical teaching aids for collective and individual use, provision of services of an assistant (assistant) providing students with the necessary technical assistance, conducting group and individual correctional classes, providing access to the buildings of educational organizations and other conditions, without which it is impossible or difficult for students with disabilities to master assistantship-internship programs *(10) .

56. In order to ensure the accessibility of higher education under assistantship-internship programs for disabled people and persons with limited health capabilities, the educational organization provides:

1) for disabled people and people with visual impairments:

the presence of an alternative version of the organization’s official website on the Internet for the visually impaired;

the presence of an assistant providing the student with the necessary assistance;

ensuring the production of alternative formats of printed materials (large print or audio files);

ensuring access for a student who is blind and uses a guide dog to the organization’s building;

2) for disabled people and persons with hearing impairments:

duplication of audio reference information about the schedule of training sessions with visual (installation of monitors with the ability to broadcast subtitles (monitors, their sizes and number must be determined taking into account the size of the room);

provision of appropriate audio means for reproducing information;

3) for disabled people and persons with disabilities who have musculoskeletal disorders, material and technical conditions must ensure the possibility of unimpeded access for students to classrooms, canteens, toilets and other premises of the educational organization, as well as stay in these premises (presence of ramps , handrails, widened doorways, elevators, local lowering of barrier posts; the presence of special chairs and other devices).

57. Education of students with disabilities can be organized both together with other students, and in separate groups or in separate educational organizations * (11) .

58. When receiving higher education under assistantship-internship programs, students with disabilities are provided with free special textbooks and teaching aids, other educational literature, as well as the services of sign language interpreters and sign language interpreters * (12) .

V. Procedure for admission to training under assistantship-internship programs

59. An educational organization announces admission to study assistantship-internship programs if there is a license to carry out educational activities under the relevant educational programs.

60. The rules for admission to a specific educational organization for training under assistantship-internship programs are established by the educational organization independently to the extent not regulated by the legislation on education *(13). Admission rules are approved by the local regulatory act of the educational organization.

Advertisement on education, concluded upon admission to study at the expense of an individual and (or) legal entity (hereinafter referred to as agreements on the provision of paid educational services).

Within the framework of the admission target figures, a targeted admission quota for training is allocated (hereinafter referred to as the targeted admission quota).

62. An educational organization that has an appropriate license to carry out educational activities has the right to conduct admissions for training under assistantship-internship programs under contracts for the provision of paid educational services.

63. Admission to training under assistantship-internship programs is carried out annually within the time frame established by educational organizations independently, but not earlier than June of the current year.

64. Persons who have a diploma of completion of an assistantship-internship do not have the right to receive a second or subsequent higher education under assistantship-internship programs at the expense of budgetary allocations from the federal budget, budgets of constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local budgets.

The organization of admission to study under assistantship-internship programs at a branch of an educational organization is carried out by the admissions committee of the educational organization.

65. Admission of citizens to study under assistantship-internship programs is carried out on the principles of equal admission conditions for all applicants and is carried out on a competitive basis.

Admission conditions must guarantee compliance with the right to enroll persons who are most capable and prepared to master assistantship-internship programs.

66. The educational organization transfers, processes and provides personal data received in connection with the admission of citizens to study under assistantship-internship programs in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.

67. Admission of citizens to study under assistantship-internship programs is carried out based on the results of entrance tests conducted by the educational organization independently.

68. Admission to study places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services is carried out on the terms determined by local regulations of educational organizations in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

69. An educational organization conducts admission to training separately for each set of admission conditions with the formation of various lists of persons who submitted the documents required for admission and lists of applicants and holding various competitions:

separately for places within the control figures and for places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services;

separately for places within the target numbers for the general competition and for places within the target admission quota;

separately for places allocated within the framework of control figures in accordance with Part 3.1 of Article 5 of the Federal Law of May 5, 2014 N 84-FZ "On the peculiarities of the legal regulation of relations in the field of education in connection with the admission of the Republic of Crimea to the Russian Federation and education within Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol and on amendments to the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2014, No. 19, Art. 2289; 2015, No. 1, Art. 42; N 44, Art. 6048) for the admission of persons who are recognized as citizens of the Russian Federation in accordance with Part 1 of Article 4 of the Federal Constitutional Law of March 21, 2014 N 6-FKZ “On Admission to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and Formation within the Russian Federation new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol" (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2014, No. 12, Art. 1201; 2015, No. 1, Art. 1), and persons who are citizens of the Russian Federation, permanently residing on the day of admission to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea on the territory of the Republic of Crimea or on the territory of the federal city of Sevastopol, and studied in accordance with the state standard and (or) curriculum of general secondary education , approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as allocated budget places, persons permanently residing in Crimea), and to other places within the control figures (hereinafter referred to as general budget places).

The educational organization conducts admissions under contracts for the provision of paid educational services separately for persons permanently residing in Crimea who wish to enroll under a separate competition, and other persons with the formation of various lists of persons who have submitted documents required for admission and lists of applicants and holding various competitions.

VI. Organization of admission of citizens to study under assistantship-internship programs

70. The organization of admission of citizens to study under assistantship-internship programs is carried out by the admissions committee of the educational organization (hereinafter referred to as the admissions committee).

The chairman of the selection committee is the head of the educational organization.

71. The composition, powers and procedure for the activities of the selection committee are regulated by the regulations on it, approved by the head of the educational organization.

The selection committee may include vice-rectors, deans of faculties (directors of institutes), heads of departments, teachers with honorary titles of the Russian Federation, the academic title of professor, or holding the position of professor and participating in the implementation of the educational process during training under assistantship-internship programs.

72. To conduct entrance examinations, an educational organization creates examination and appeal commissions in the manner determined by it.

The powers and procedure for the activities of examination and appeal commissions are determined by the provisions on them, approved by local regulations of the educational organization.

73. When applying for training under assistantship-internship programs, the rights of citizens to education established by the legislation of the Russian Federation are ensured.

74. An educational organization is obliged to monitor the accuracy of the information provided by applicants. In order to confirm the accuracy of the specified information, authorized officials of the educational organization have the right to contact the relevant state information systems, state (municipal) bodies and relevant organizations.

VII. Organization of informing applicants for training in assistantship-internship programs

75. An educational organization announces the admission of citizens for training under assistantship-internship programs only if they have a license to carry out educational activities under these educational programs.

76. Educational organizations create open and publicly available information resources containing information about their activities, and provide access to such resources by posting them in information and telecommunication networks, including on the official website of the educational organization on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the official website ).

In order to familiarize the applicant with information about its activities, the educational organization places the following documents on the official website, if, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, they are not classified as information constituting a state or other secret protected by law:

a) the charter of the educational organization;

b) licenses to carry out educational activities (with attachments);

c) certificates of state accreditation(with attachments);

d) plan for the financial and economic activities of the educational organization;

e) local regulations on the main issues of organizing and implementing educational activities under assistantship-internship programs;

2) report on the results of self-examination;

3) a document on the procedure for the provision of paid educational services, including a sample agreement on the provision of paid educational services, a document on approval of the cost of training for each assistantship-internship program.

77. The admissions committee of an educational organization places the following information on the official website and on the information stand before accepting documents, signed by the chairman of the admissions committee:

a list of creative and performing specialties for which the educational organization announces admission for training under assistantship-internship programs in accordance with the license to carry out educational activities;

rules for admission to training under assistantship-internship programs;

information about the forms of entrance examinations and the rules for their conduct;

entrance test programs conducted by an educational organization;

information on the forms of entrance examinations for foreign citizens and the rules for their conduct;

information on conducting entrance examinations using remote technologies (in the case of such entrance examinations);

information on the possibility of accepting applications and the necessary documents provided for by this Procedure in electronic digital form;

features of conducting entrance tests for citizens with disabilities;

information on the availability of hostel(s) and the number of places in the hostel(s) for non-resident applicants;

information about email addresses for sending documents required for admission in electronic form (if such a possibility is provided in the organization);

information about postal addresses for sending documents required for admission.

admission targets for each assistantship/internship program;

the number of places for each assistantship-internship program under contracts for the provision of paid educational services (if any);

the procedure for organizing a competition for places within the admission target numbers and for places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services;

sample contract for applicants under contracts for the provision of paid educational services;

rules for filing and considering appeals based on the results of entrance examinations conducted by an educational organization;

information on the dates and place of entrance examinations and consultations;

the date of completion of admission from applicants of the original specialist's diploma or master's diploma when applying for study at places within the target figures, the date of completion of admission from applicants' consent to enrollment when admitting to study at places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services.

When posting information about admission targets, the number of allocated budget and general budget places is indicated.

An educational organization, when posting information about places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services, indicates the number of places for the admission of persons permanently residing in Crimea who wish to enroll under a separate competition, and for the admission of other persons.

78. Information about the timing and requirements for entrance examinations, as well as the date of announcement of the results of entrance examinations, is posted by the educational organization on the information stand and the official website of the educational organization no later than two months before the start of entrance examinations.

79. The educational organization ensures the functioning of special telephone lines and a section of the official website for responding to requests related to the admission of citizens for training in assistantship-internship programs.

80. Starting from the day of receipt of documents for admission to study, information on the number of applications submitted, including a complete list of names of persons who submitted the application, must be submitted for each creative and performing specialty of assistantship-internship or for the educational organization as a whole, separately for places within the framework of admission targets and places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services and is posted on the official website and on the information stand of the educational organization.

81. On the day of announcement of the results of entrance examinations, on the official website and on the information stand of the educational organization, the results of entrance examinations for each creative and performing specialty of assistantship-internship are posted in the form of a list by name - a rating of persons who received a result not lower than the minimum number of points established by the educational organization and presented for enrollment, indicating the amount of points scored for all entrance examinations.

VIII. Acceptance of documents from applicants for assistantship internship

82. The deadline for accepting documents for training under assistantship-internship programs is set by the educational organization independently, but their duration must be at least 10 calendar days.

83. To enroll in training, applicants submit an application for admission accompanied by the necessary documents.

84. In the application, applicants indicate the following mandatory information:

1) last name, first name, patronymic (the latter - if available);

2) date of birth;

3) information about citizenship (lack of citizenship), in case of admission to training in accordance with the specifics of admission to training of persons permanently residing in Crimea established by the Procedure - information about inclusion in the number of these persons;

4) details of the document proving his identity, including details of the issue of the specified document (when and by whom it was issued);

5) information about the previous level of education and a document on education and (or) qualifications confirming it;

6) creative and performing specialty, for training in which the applicant plans to study in an assistantship-internship, and the conditions of study (within the limits of admission targets, under an agreement on the provision of paid services);

7) information about the presence or absence of the applicant’s need for a place to live in a dormitory during the period of study;

8) information about the need to create special conditions for the applicant during admissions tests in connection with his limited health capabilities or disability;

9) information about the location of entrance examinations using remote technologies (in the case of such entrance examinations);

10) information about the presence or absence of individual achievements of the applicant (if any, indicating information about them);

11) postal address and (or) email address(at the request of the applicant).

85. An application for admission to an internship assistantship is submitted to the head of the educational organization with the submission of the following documents:

1) a document (documents) confirming the identity and citizenship of the applicant, in case of admission to study in accordance with the established Procedure for the admission to study of persons permanently residing in the Crimea - document (documents) confirming their inclusion among these persons;

2) an original or copy of a specialist’s diploma or master’s diploma and its supplement;

3) list creative works(performed works, staged performances, roles played, films made, etc.), documented information about participation in exhibitions, competitions, festivals, other creative events, as well as other creative and (or) pedagogical activity, if the applicant has the specified creative works or practice of carrying out the specified activities;

4) if it is necessary to create special conditions during admissions tests - a document confirming limited health capabilities or disability that require the creation of these conditions;

5) for disabled people of groups I and II, disabled people from childhood, disabled people due to military injuries or illnesses received during the period of military service, - conclusions of the federal medical and social examination institution on the absence of contraindications for studying in relevant educational organizations;

6) 3 photographs of the applicant.

86. Applicants, at their own discretion, submit originals or copies of the documents specified in subparagraphs 2 - 5 of paragraph 85 of the Procedure. Copies of these documents are not certified. Identification documents, citizenship, military ID must be presented in person.

If an application for admission to one educational organization is submitted, the applicant submits an original or a copy of a specialist’s diploma or a master’s diploma; in the case of simultaneous applications for admission to several educational organizations, the applicant submits a copy of a specialist’s diploma or a master’s diploma to each of the specified educational organizations.

The applicant submits the original of a specialist’s diploma or master’s diploma in case of applying for admission to places within the target admission quota.

87. The application also records the fact of familiarization (including through public information systems) with copies of a license to carry out educational activities, a certificate of state accreditation of an educational organization and annexes thereto, or the absence of a copy of this certificate. The fact of familiarization is certified by the personal signature of the applicant.

88. The following is also certified by the applicant’s signature:

2) familiarization (including through public information systems) with the rules for filing an appeal based on the results of entrance examinations, with the completion dates for applicants to provide the original specialist or master’s diploma and its supplement upon admission to places within the target numbers, with the date of completion of provision incoming information about consent to enrollment in places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services;

3) the applicant’s consent to the processing of his personal data;

4) the applicant’s awareness of responsibility for the accuracy of the information indicated in the application for admission and for the authenticity of the documents submitted for admission.

89. When submitting documents, it is prohibited to charge a fee to applicants, as well as to require applicants to provide original state-issued education documents or other documents not provided for by this Procedure.

90. Upon admission to an educational organization of submitted documents, a personal file of the applicant is formed, in which the specified documents, materials for passing entrance examinations, including documents related to the appeal are stored.

91. If an applicant submits an application that does not contain all the information required by the Procedure, as well as in the case of an incomplete set of documents and (or) non-compliance of the submitted documents with the requirements established by the Procedure, the educational organization returns the documents to the applicant.

92. When submitting documents, the applicant is given a receipt for acceptance of documents.

93. The applicant has the right to withdraw the submitted documents specified in subparagraphs 2 - 5 of paragraph 85 of the Procedure by submitting an application for their withdrawal.

Submitted documents are returned in one of the following ways:

a) if the application for revocation of documents indicates the need to transfer the submitted documents to the person whose documents were revoked, or to a trusted person, the set of submitted documents is transferred to the specified person. Documents must be returned by the educational organization within the next working day after submitting the application;

b) if the application indicates the need to return submitted documents through public postal operators, the return of submitted documents is carried out through postal operators (only regarding original documents).

94. Documents of applicants for internship assistantships are reviewed by the admissions committee.

IX. Entrance tests

95. For applicants within the admission quotas, as well as under contracts for the provision of paid educational services for the creative and performing specialty of assistantship-internship, the same entrance tests are established.

97. The schedule of entrance examinations (subject, date, time, group and place of testing, consultations, date of announcement of results) is approved by the chairman of the admissions committee or his deputy and brought to the attention of applicants.

98. The names of the chairmen of the examination commissions and examiners are not indicated in the schedule of entrance examinations.

99. Applicants to study under assistantship-internship programs pass entrance tests in a special discipline corresponding to the profile of the assistantship-internship program in a creative and performing specialty (hereinafter referred to as the profile entrance test), a foreign language (determined by the educational organization). The entrance test in philosophy is carried out in the case established by the local regulatory act of the educational organization.

100. The profile entrance test precedes the entrance test in a foreign language and philosophy (if decided by the educational organization) and is carried out in two stages: execution (presentation) of a creative program (project) and an interview (colloquium).

101. The examination commission includes teachers in the profile of the entrance test (with the exception of the entrance test in a foreign language) who have honorary and (or) academic titles specified in paragraphs one and two of paragraph 32 of the Procedure, or who are laureates of state awards in the relevant professional field and those participating in the implementation of the educational process during training under assistantship-internship programs.

The foreign language examination committee may also include qualified teachers who do not have an academic degree and (or) honorary title and who speak the relevant foreign language.

102. Entrance tests in a foreign language and philosophy (if decided by the educational organization) are carried out in accordance with the program of entrance tests in oral, written form, with a combination of these forms or in other forms determined by the educational organization independently (by tickets, in the form of an interview questions, the list of which is brought to the attention of applicants by publication on the official website of the educational organization). To prepare the answer, applicants use examination sheets, which are stored in the applicant’s personal file for at least one year.

103. During the entrance examinations, a calm and friendly environment should be ensured, and applicants should be given the opportunity to fully demonstrate the level of their knowledge and skills.

104. The level of knowledge of the applicant is assessed by the examination committee using a five-point system. Each entrance test is assessed separately.

105. The results of the entrance test are documented in a protocol, which records the examiners’ questions to the applicant. A separate protocol is kept for each applicant.

106. The protocol for accepting the entrance test is signed by the members of the commission who were present at the exam, indicating their academic degree, academic title, honorary title, position and area of ​​training, and is approved by the chairman of the commission. After approval, admission test protocols are stored in the applicant’s personal file.

107. The decision of the examination commission is posted on the official website and information stand of the educational organization no later than three calendar days from the date of the entrance test.

108. An applicant for an assistantship internship within 24 hours after notification of the commission’s decision on passing the entrance examination has the right to submit an application to the chairman of the commission about disagreement with the decision of the examination committee.

109. Retaking entrance tests is not allowed. Passed entrance exams for internship assistantships are valid for a calendar year.

110. Persons who did not appear for the entrance test for a valid reason (illness or other circumstances confirmed by documents) are allowed to attend them in other groups or individually during the period of entrance tests.

111. If the procedure for conducting admissions tests is not followed, members of the examination committee conducting the admissions test have the right to remove the applicant from the place where the admissions test is conducted and draw up an act of removal. If an applicant is removed from the entrance test, the educational organization returns the accepted documents to the applicant.

X. Peculiarities of conducting entrance tests for persons with disabilities

113. Citizens with disabilities pass entrance examinations in the manner established by the educational organization independently, taking into account the characteristics of psychophysical development, individual capabilities and health status (hereinafter referred to as individual characteristics) of such applicants.

114. When conducting entrance examinations, the following requirements are ensured:

entrance examinations are held in a separate classroom, the number of applicants in one audience should not exceed 6 people when passing the entrance examination;

presence in the audience during the entrance test is allowed more applicants with disabilities, as well as conducting entrance tests for people with disabilities in the same classroom together with applicants who do not have disabilities, if this does not create difficulties for applicants when passing the entrance test;

the duration of entrance examinations upon a written application of applicants submitted before the start of entrance examinations may be increased, but not more than by 1.5 hours;

the presence of an assistant (for the hearing impaired - a sign language interpreter, for the deaf-blind - a sign language interpreter) who provides applicants with the necessary technical assistance, taking into account their individual characteristics (take a workplace, move around, read and fill out an assignment, communicate with the examiner);

applicants are provided with printed instructions on the procedure for conducting entrance examinations;

applicants, taking into account their individual characteristics, can use the necessary information during the entrance examination technical means;

material and technical conditions must ensure the possibility of unhindered access for applicants to classrooms, toilets and other premises, as well as their stay in these premises (presence of ramps, handrails, widened doorways, elevators; in the absence of elevators, the auditorium should be located on the ground floor; availability of special chairs and other devices).

115. Additionally, when conducting entrance examinations, the following requirements are ensured, depending on the categories of applicants with disabilities:

1) for the blind:

tasks to be completed at the entrance test, as well as instructions on the procedure for conducting entrance tests, are drawn up in raised dot Braille or in the form of an electronic document accessible using a computer with a specialized software for the blind, or read by an assistant;

written tasks are completed on paper in embossed dot Braille or on a computer with specialized software for the blind, or dictated to an assistant;

Those applicants to complete the task, if necessary, are provided with a set of writing instruments and paper for writing in embossed dotted Braille, a computer with specialized software for the blind;

2) for the visually impaired:

individual uniform illumination of at least 300 lux is provided;

If necessary, those arriving to complete the task are provided with a magnifying device;

tasks to be completed, as well as instructions on the procedure for conducting entrance tests, are written in enlarged font; it is also possible to use your own magnifying devices;

assignments to be completed, as well as instructions on the procedure for conducting entrance examinations, are written in larger font;

3) for the deaf and hard of hearing, the availability of sound-amplifying equipment for collective use is ensured; if necessary, applicants are provided with sound-amplifying equipment for individual use;

4) for deaf-blind people, the services of a sign language interpreter are provided (in addition to the requirements fulfilled respectively for the blind and deaf);

5) for persons with severe speech impairments, the deaf, and the hard of hearing, all entrance examinations, at the request of applicants, can be conducted in writing;

6) for persons with musculoskeletal disorders (severe impairment of motor functions of the upper limbs or absence of upper limbs):

written tasks are completed on a computer with specialized software or dictated to an assistant;

At the request of applicants, all entrance examinations can be conducted orally.

136. The targeted admission quota for training under assistantship-internship programs is annually established by the founders of educational organizations *(16).

The quota for targeted admission is established by the founder of the educational organization:

for the organization as a whole;

assistant-internship in creative and performing specialties.

137. Targeted admission is carried out within the established quota on the basis of an agreement on targeted admission concluded by an educational organization with a federal state body, a government body of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation, a local government body, a state (municipal) institution, a unitary enterprise that has entered into an agreement on targeted training with a citizen. , a state corporation, a state company or a business entity in the authorized capital of which there is a share of the Russian Federation, a constituent entity of the Russian Federation or a municipal entity *(17) .

138. The essential terms of the target acceptance agreement are:

obligations of an educational organization to organize targeted admission of a citizen who has entered into an agreement on targeted training;

obligations of the body or organization specified in paragraph 137 of the Procedure to organize the practical training of a citizen who has entered into an agreement on targeted training.

139. The list of applicants for places within the targeted admission quota includes information about those who have entered into an agreement on targeted training with the applicant body or organization specified in paragraph 137 of the Procedure.

XIV. Features of the reception of foreign citizens and stateless persons

140. Foreign citizens and stateless persons have the right to receive higher education at the expense of budgetary allocations in accordance with international treaties of the Russian Federation, federal laws or the quota for the education of foreign citizens and stateless persons established by the Government of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the quota for the education of foreign citizens ), as well as at the expense of individuals and legal entities in accordance with agreements on the provision of paid educational services * (18) .

141. Admission and enrollment of foreign citizens and stateless persons within the quota for education of foreign citizens and stateless persons established by the Government of the Russian Federation is carried out in accordance with the Procedure for the selection of foreign citizens and stateless persons within the quota for education of foreign citizens established by the Government of the Russian Federation and stateless persons in the Russian Federation, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated July 28, 2014 N 844 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on October 3, 2014, registration N 34236).

Enrollment of foreign citizens and stateless persons within the quota for education of foreign citizens and stateless persons is carried out in accordance with directions issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

142. Foreign citizens and stateless persons who are compatriots living abroad have the right to receive higher education on an equal basis with citizens of the Russian Federation, provided they comply with the requirements provided for in Article 17 of the Federal Law of May 24, 1999 N 99-FZ "On state policy of the Russian Federation in relation to compatriots abroad"*(19).

143. Compatriots living abroad who are participants in the State program to assist voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation of compatriots living abroad, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of June 22, 2006 N 637 “On measures to assist voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation compatriots living abroad" (hereinafter referred to as the State Program) * (20), and members of their families have the right to receive higher education under assistantship-internship programs in accordance with the State Program.

144. Admission and enrollment of foreign citizens in educational organizations for training on the basis of contracts for the provision of paid educational services is carried out in accordance with the rules of admission established by the educational organization independently, including on the basis of the results of additional entrance tests of a creative orientation.

145. Acceptance of documents from foreign citizens applying for training on the basis of contracts for the provision of paid educational services is carried out within the time frame determined by the educational organization.

146. Foreign citizens entering education on the basis of contracts for the provision of paid educational services, when submitting an application (in Russian) for admission to an educational organization, provide the following documents:

1) a copy of a foreign citizen’s passport or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identification document of a foreign citizen in accordance with Article 10 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 N 115-FZ “On Legal the situation of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation"*(21);

Information about entrance examinations

For applicants to places within the admission quotas, as well as under contracts for the provision of paid educational services for the creative and performing specialty of assistantship-internship, the same entrance tests are established.

The schedule of entrance examinations (subject, date, time, location of the test, consultations, date of announcement of results) is approved by the chairman of the admissions committee or his deputy and brought to the attention of applicants.

Applicants to study assistantship-internship programs take entrance tests:

In a special discipline corresponding to the profile of the assistantship-internship program in the creative and performing specialty (hereinafter referred to as the specialized entrance test);

Foreign language (English, German, French; Russian - for citizens of foreign countries).

The profile entrance test precedes the entrance test in a foreign language and is carried out in two stages: execution (presentation) of a creative program (project) and an interview (colloquium).

The entrance test in a foreign language is carried out in accordance with the entrance test program in oral, written, or a combination of these forms.

The applicant’s level of knowledge is assessed by the examination committee using a five-point system. Each entrance test is assessed separately.

Retaking entrance tests is not allowed. Passed entrance tests for internship assistantships are valid for a calendar year.

Features of conducting entrance tests for individuals

with disabilities

Citizens with disabilities take entrance examinations in the manner established by the Institute independently, taking into account the characteristics of psychophysical development, individual capabilities and health status (hereinafter referred to as individual characteristics) of such applicants.

When conducting entrance examinations, the following requirements are ensured:

Entrance tests are held in a separate classroom; the number of applicants in one classroom should not exceed 6 people when passing the entrance test;

It is allowed for a larger number of applicants with disabilities to be present in the audience during the entrance test, as well as for admission tests for people with disabilities to be held in the same audience together with applicants who do not have disabilities, if this does not create difficulties for applicants when passing entrance test;

The duration of entrance examinations upon a written application of applicants submitted before the start of entrance examinations may be increased, but not more than by 1.5 hours;

The presence of an assistant (for the hearing impaired - a sign language interpreter) who provides applicants with the necessary technical assistance, taking into account their individual characteristics (take a workplace, move around, read and fill out an assignment, communicate with the examiner);

Applicants are provided with printed instructions on the procedure for conducting entrance examinations;

Applicants, taking into account their individual characteristics, can use the technical means they need during the entrance test;

Material and technical conditions ensure the possibility of unimpeded access for applicants to classrooms, toilets and other premises, as well as their stay in these premises; There are portable ramps; some of the classrooms and premises are located on the ground floor of the building.

Additionally, when conducting entrance examinations, the following requirements are ensured, depending on the categories of applicants with disabilities:

1) for the visually impaired:

individual uniform illumination of at least 300 lux is provided;

If necessary, those arriving to complete the task are provided with a magnifying device;

tasks to be completed, as well as instructions on the procedure for conducting entrance tests, are written in enlarged font; it is also possible to use your own magnifying devices;

assignments to be completed, as well as instructions on the procedure for conducting entrance examinations, are written in larger font;

2) for the deaf and hard of hearing, the availability of sound-amplifying equipment for collective use is ensured; if necessary, applicants are provided with sound-amplifying equipment for individual use;

3) for persons with severe speech impairments, the deaf, and the hard of hearing, all entrance examinations, at the request of applicants, can be conducted in writing;

4) for persons with musculoskeletal disorders (severe impairment of motor functions of the upper limbs or absence of upper limbs):

written tasks are completed on a computer with specialized software or dictated to an assistant;

At the request of applicants, all entrance examinations can be conducted orally.

The conditions necessary for the applicant are provided to the applicant on the basis of an application for admission containing information about the need to create appropriate special conditions.

General rules filing and consideration of appeals

Based on the results of the examination committee’s decision to pass the entrance test, the applicant has the right to file an appeal with the appeal commission about a violation, in the applicant’s opinion, of the established procedure for conducting the entrance test (hereinafter referred to as the appeal).

Consideration of the appeal is not a retake of the entrance test. During the consideration of the appeal, only compliance with the established procedure for conducting the admissions test is checked.

The chairman of the selection committee forms an appeal committee to consider appeals during the work of the selection committee. Members of the examination commission whose decision is being challenged are not included in the appeal commission. It is recommended to include cultural and artistic figures who do not work in this educational organization as independent experts on the appeal commission.

The appeal is submitted by applicants in person on the day the results of the entrance test are announced or during the next working day. In this case, the applicant has the right to familiarize himself with his work performed during the entrance test in the manner established by the Institute. The Admissions Committee accepts appeals throughout the working day.

Appeals are considered no later than the next working day after the day the appeal was filed and before the next scheduled entrance test.

During the consideration of the appeal, members of the examination committee have the right to be present, as well as the applicant, who must have an identification document with him.

When considering an appeal, the following requirements are ensured depending on the categories of applicants with disabilities:

1) for the deaf and hard of hearing, the presence of a sign language interpreter or sign language interpreter is ensured;

2) for the visually impaired, the presence of a sign language interpreter is ensured.

After considering the appeal, the appeal commission makes a decision on the presence or absence of a violation of the procedure and whether or not to conduct the entrance test again.

If disagreements arise, a vote is held in the appeal commission and the decision is approved by a majority vote. In case of equality of votes, the vote of the chairman or presiding officer at the meeting of the appeal commission is decisive.

The decision of the appeal commission, documented in the protocol, is brought to the attention of the applicant (against signature) and stored in the applicant’s personal file.

Acceptance of documents from applicants to study in educational programs of higher education - assistantship-internship programs is carried out from June 25 to July 17, 2019(July 17 – until 16.00). Documents will not be accepted after the specified deadlines.

July 19, 2018 On the official website and on the information stand of the institute's admissions committee, lists of persons who submitted the documents required for admission are posted, indicating information about acceptance or refusal to accept documents.

Entrance tests pass during the period from July 22 to July 31, 2019 in classrooms and training workshops of the institute. The schedule of entrance tests and consultations will be posted additionally.
